Damage In Shipping
All pieces are guaranteed to arrive in excellent condition. If there is damage in shipment you will need to send the entire box and contents to The Sea N’ Things Jewelry The Loft Suites Box 11, 110 Merchants Row, Rutland, VT 05701. Ask for claim form number PS1000. The label on the box will have insurance, value and address information your post office will need. Your Post Office will verify the damage and will notify me to begin the replacement or refund process. I will then credit your account or fix the item and return it to you. Please keep in mind that because these are each made by hand, size and colors may vary a little bit and shipping may take up to two weeks.
Return Policy and Repairs
All sales are final unless product arrives damaged. Damaged items must be returned within two weeks of delivery. Repairs are free, including shipping, for the first year from the date of purchase. Please return damaged items to the following address:
